Summary

Assessor's parcel data for the town of Dedham, MA.

Description

This dataset consists of tax parcels for Dedham, Massachusetts. Tax parcels represent property boundaries for the purpose of tax assessment. Tax parcels are not an authoritative source of property boundaries. The authoritative record of property boundaries are recorded at the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds. Only a professional land surveyor my produce a legally authoritative map of property boundaries.
